Chandrashtama - Effects

Hi All,

I have been paying monthly instalment, for acquiring a piece of land at Tholappedu, Melmaruvathur, near chennai. This was started from November 2009 onwards with a committment for 72 months. This is with one of the top leading realestate vendor, based at Koyambedu, Chennai. This was for 6000 sq.ft, of farm land(planted with lots of fruits, and few mango trees), which is part of 100 Acre of farm land development, planned by the realtor. All these transactions done on legal manner, and my point of contact was with the real estate company owner's daughter. The same company also, developing residential plots, (almost in the same location)with slight higher cost. Eventhough, I was interested with residential plots, the owner lady convinced me for farm land and started paying for the same.

After acquiring certain sum, realtor wanted to make-up an agreement. On that reference, i was checking with the company on 04-Jul-2011. Unfortunately the owner lady was not their and also the staff team was, replaced with entire new crew. As usual the staff is busy with their routine activities. One of the new staff member, mentioned that, she will get back to me, within 2 days, for making-up the agreement.

Today(Chandrashtama day), i got call from that staff member, and requesting me to meet and discuss with owner of the realtor. I was asking for the reason and also the daughter of the owner. The staff member, suggesting me to check with owner. I was quiet confused and thinking to kick panic button. So i have called owner of the company, then fixed the appointment for the meeting at his another office @choolaimedu, chennai.

I took lunch break time, for this meeting(Today thursday, alias fasting day). After meeting, i have found that,

(a) The farm land project, postponed and likely to be initiated atleast after 2 years. This is scheduled, after completing present Vikravandi - Salai Project.

(b) I was insisting that this communication, was not provided earlier, but the owner's daughter was knowing it, but not informed at all.

(c) I was asking about the feedback from all other customers. He called-up to Koyambedu office, and found that only 3 members are engaged with Farm land project and only ONE(me), is continuing till date.

(d) I asked owner, to call your daughter to discuss. He said, she got in love someone and runaway from family & business. That's the reason he personally, involved into each and every transaction.

(e) Owner was suggesting me to choose a farm land plot @Vikrawandi - Salai project, but i was insisting on this Tholappedu location. Then he committed that, he would allocate equal financial value of land in residential plots, for which, I need to accept. But still need to identify plot numbers.

Extractions from this incident as proactive measures are,
(A) Always have a contact to highest (possible)authority person in contact, to understand their plans and actions.
(B) Never rely, on, ONE source of truth, alone.

What is Chandrashtama?
From your birth horoscope, Lord Chandran would be placed in some rashi. That rashi is known as Janma rashi.  From the Janma rashi, count 8th rashi(including Janma rashi as 1) in clockwise direction, to identify ashtama rashi.

Based on present movement of planets, whenever, Lord chandran, occupy ashtama rashi, is known to be Chandrashtama for that individual. Lord Chandran, will reside in a rashi for 2 1/4 days. During this time, generally, recommended that not to plunge into any new activities and maintain low-profile routine activities.

But on positive note, during these days, I have observed, that, we find things, which we have overlooked, or hidden or realize, which we might have mis-understood incorrectly. This is the time, where we may revise things, which was rejected earlier.

Probably, may not be appropriate for new methodologies but huge scope for new perspectives. Hope the incident mentioned, above, justifies my point.
