Female - Better organized on tax & investments also

Females better tax planners, says report

Female salaried employees are paying less tax than their male counterparts due to lower tax slabs and better investments, with the percentage of women with a low tax ratio of 0-5 per cent higher than their male counterparts, according to the latest study.

As per the findings of the 'India Tax Ratio 2011' report by TaxSpanner, an online income tax return filing portal, the average tax ratio of females salaried employees in major Indian cities is 4 per cent, as against 6 per cent for males.

Besides, around 76 per cent of the females have a tax ratio of less than 5 per cent, compared to 59 per cent in the case of male salaried employees.

The tax ratio is the percentage of the salary that one pays as tax.

The study covered employees from over 500 corporates in major cities, including the Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

While females have a lower income tax slab and get exemption for income up to Rs 1.9 lakh, women were also found to be better tax planners in claiming House Rent Allowance exemption and taking deduction under health expenses.

The report said that among the major metros, Chennai and Delhi NCR had the lowest average tax ratio of 5 per cent, followed by Mumbai and Hyderabad at 6 per cent and Bangalore at 7 per cent.

This is despite the fact that salaried employees in Mumbai are earning 40 per cent more on average than their counterparts in Chennai and the Delhi NCR.

Among the salaried employees earning Rs 5 lakh per annum, the average tax ratio for house owners stands at 2 per cent, while for non-house owners, it is 5 per cent, the study found.

Among those with earnings of up to Rs 10 lakh, the average tax ratio for house owners stood at 12 per cent, while for non-owners, it was 15 per cent.

TaxSpanner said that employees can have a lower tax ratio by availing home loan benefits to save tax.

The report said that among those having an income below Rs 5 lakh per annum, only 6.8 per cent own a house, indicating that very few people recognise owning a house as a good investment and tax planning option.

TaxSpanner is one of the few online portals with authorisation from the central government to act as an e-return intermediary. It had over one lakh customers in the last fiscal.

Over 15% top level managers are high cost: GlobalHunt
BS Reporter / Mumbai/ Ahmedabad July 19, 2011, 0:42 IST

With market inconsistencies and increasing wage bill eating into profits of companies, hiring of high cost professionals seem to have taken a beating. Instead, companies are keen on hiring core executives, says GlobalHunt India Pvt. Ltd., a recruitment solutions firm.
"While hiring may have picked up across sectors, at the top level, firms seem to be avoiding high cost professionals. For instance, at the top level, the industry is witnessing a trend where a professional with 15 years of experience is doing the same job as that of an eight years professional. Yet since the former is costing higher, companies are preferring lower experienced professionals at the top level since they cost less," said Sunil Goel, director, GlobalHunt.

According to Goel, companies have begun hiring people by looking "at the relevancy of their experience" at the top level. Apparently, about 5-10 per cent of personnel in the top level management in firms are high cost professionals, Goel stated. Among sectors, infrastructure, power and energy, and IT are witnessing major hiring across levels. On the other hand, hiring seems to have slowed in telecom, insurance, broking and real estate sectors, while the same is moderate in education sector.

Goel said, "Couple of quarters ago, a person had at least two offers on hand. This showed that hiring had been moderate across sectors due to lack of supply. However, now with the market synchronising and companies building a bench strength by visiting more campuses, the human resource supply has increased."
Meanwhile, as per GlobalHunt figures, attrition rate has been more or less stagnant at 15-20 per cent.

People don't quit companies; they run away from bosses

People don't quit companies; they run away from bosses
22 Jul, 2011, 0641 hrs IST, ET Bureau

The alarming attrition rate in big multinational corporates got me curious to invest some time on research on why people quit despite comfortable working environments and attractive salary packages. It was quite a surprise for me to learn that most people did not quit on their jobs; they quit on their bosses.

"I just could not take the foul attitude of my seniors," "I was too strained under the impatience and aggression of my boss," "I felt no empowerment or even room to grow under the so-called leadership of my manager". These were the common compelling reasons that lead people to quit in search of a more empowering and fulfilling relation at their work place. If you are in the position of leadership, I have some sour facts for you; if you have people quitting in your teams, you need to take a rain check on your leadership and personality style.

Here are the top four reasons people quit their jobs because they could no longer work under their bosses:

Lack of interest in growth

"I work twelve hours, following instructions, meeting deadlines and delivering projects. But when it comes to the next step in my career, I am blank. I have tried to converse with my manager about my growth, but he just sends me away with more work."

A lot of people are working without a clue on what their growth prospects are in the company. If you are in the position of leadership, you need to constantly keep your people focused on the vision of the career path in the organisation. A growth plan is a great motivator for people. Without a clear career vision people tend to get stuck in the routine and get frustrated and quit.

Lack of empowerment

"My boss is the first to yell and express his frustration and he is the last to appreciate. I feel like a loser with his constant criticism. I feel that every senior has to earn his position to reprimand people for their follies."
Empowering and appreciating people on a regular basis for the things that they do get right, softens the impact of your frustration when they do mess up. Don't be an extremist; keep a healthy balance between expressing your frustration and appreciation. Keep your aggression as the last resort and use it sparingly. If you just keep yelling all the time, people will become immune to your attitude, and quit with the first opening.

Lack of mentoring

"As my senior, I expect guidance from my manager from time to time. But he is so busy with his job that I have no professional benefit of working under him."
As a senior, your juniors look up to you for coaching. Your job as a leader is to pull people up, to raise their capabilities and make them more able. Starting a book club, spending thirty minutes a week addressing your team to share your experiences and expertise with them goes a long way in establishing your credibility as a leader.

Lack of empathy

"My mother was in hospital in a critical condition and my boss reprimanded me for coming late to work. I expect to be treated as a human first and then an employee." Treating your team with empathy goes a long way in earning your position as their well-wisher. Genuine empathy, support and understanding are what everyone seeks from their seniors. People bring their emotions and their worries along to work. If you are kind enough to understand people, then you will not only earn their loyalty but also the right to pushing them when they slack.

Leadership is a tricky position. Your love for people, your concern for your team's progress, your interest in your teams lives and your attitude towards empowerment will bring you a following beyond your imagination. There is a dearth of leaders but there is a growing hunger from followers. When you make that connection with your juniors, they will follow you with respect and deliver you results that will far surpass your expectations.

"Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food shortage in the rest of the world?"

The survey was a huge failure,   In Africa they didn't know what 'food' meant,

In India they didn't know what 'honest' meant,

As a daily habit, the 10-year Old Pintu was reading newspaper.

Suddenly he asked his father, "Dad! What does it mean by 'Governance
System'? "

"It's like..." father said while thinking, "See! I earn and bring money
to home, mean's I am a 'Money Holder'. Your mother decides where and how
to spend that money and that means she is 'Government'. That maid in our
home is doing all the household works, so she will be 'Labour Class'.
You are a 'Common man' or 'Public'. Your kid brother is 'Future' or the
'Next Generation', understand?"

That day Pintu slept with all those thoughts. In the middle of the night
he woke-up because his kid brother was crying. He wetted the matrices so
he was crying. Pintu went to woke-up his mother. She was in deep sleep
so Pintu went to the Maid's room to wake her up. But there his father
was sleeping with the maid. So he came back with frustration.

Next morning father asked Pintu, "Hey Pintu Darling! You understood the
'Governance System'?".

Pintu replied, "Yeah Dad, I understood! Last Night, Money Holder was exploiting
Labour Class and our Government was sleeping. Future of our nation was crying
for not getting their basic needs fulfilled and in all this Common Man (I)

Latest: Attitudes on Marriage

Shaadi.com Surveys Attitudes on Marriage
By Amol Sharma

Matchmaking Web site Shaadi.com is out with its annual survey of its members’ matrimonial attitudes. The data offers some fascinating–and, in some cases unexpected–snapshots of what Indians are looking for in a partner, from skin color to education to likeable in-laws.

The report is based on a survey of about 150,000 people who are using the site in 300 Indian towns and cities as well as other countries including the U.S., U.K., Canada and Australia. The goal, the company says, is to “try and understand the psyche of an average marriage hopeful and the way matchmaking trends are changing and evolving.”

Shaadi.com says it took pains to use a sample that has religious, socio-economic and gender diversity, but even so, we should note that people using a matchmaking Web site–or even using the Internet at all–are obviously not representative of all Indians. So take that into consideration.

- One of the more interesting findings is that 54% of women prefer living in a “joint family” after marriage–alongside parents and siblings–whereas only 21% want to be in a “nuclear set-up.” The survey analysis provided by the company suggests that this is because couples in which both partners work want a support system around them. In 2004, only 40% of women wanted to live in a joint family.

- What if all hell breaks loose in the joint family, with daughter-in-laws and mom-in-laws fighting like on those Star TV soap operas? That shouldn’t matter too much, according to the survey, since about half the respondents would marry their partner even if they don’t get along with the in-laws.

- On education, only 10% of men said they would prefer a woman more educated than them, versus 69% of women who say they want their partner to be more educated than them. Still, about 85% of men, according to the survey, want their wife to have a job rather than be a homemaker. So a cross-section of insecure men seems to be saying, “Please don’t get any fancy degrees, but contribute some income to the house!”

- We were particularly interested to see what skin-color-obsessed Indians would say about what kind of complexion their “ideal” partner would have. Survey says: 49% of men want a fair-complexioned woman, while 65% of women say it doesn’t matter what color a guy’s skin is. (Perhaps that explains why the skin-whitening cream market is geared at women.) Interestingly, male interest in fairness appears to be on the rise. In 2004, the survey showed 41% of men wanted a fair-skinned bride.

- Increasingly, modern urban Indians are ignoring or at least seriously downplaying caste as a factor when they seek partners, viewing it as a poor proxy for compatibility. But traditional families continue to consider it a factor. In the survey, about half the respondents–54% of men and 46% of women–said caste is not a factor in evaluating their partners. That’s a significant change from a decade ago, when only 39% of men and 37% of women said caste didn’t matter.

- There was a time when government jobs were considered very prestigious, coming with good pay, a solid pension, job security and maybe some VIP perks. But now 69% of women surveyed say they prefer a mate with a private sector job. And 90% of women are willing to move to another country after marriage if necessary to accommodate their husband’s work.

- As women’s earnings increase, 34% of women are open to marrying a man earning less than them.

- About 62% of men and 70% of women think pre-nuptial agreements are somewhat or very important, which the survey ascribes to increasing numbers of divorces.

Shaadi.com has 20 million users and says it has had 1.4 million “success stories.” The privately-held company, which doesn’t disclose its financials, has a subscription-based revenue model. It’s about $60 for a three-month premium membership that allows the user to view the contact details of other members and write them messages. (You can post your details for free.)

Anupam Mittal, who founded Shaadi.com in 1996 and is chief executive of People Group, the site’s parent company, says Indian matrimonial ads have evolved over the years, reflecting changing social mores. He says whereas men once sought “innocent” women and women wanted “well-settled” men, a euphemism for deep pockets, the word “compatible” has become more common in Shaadi.com profiles.

“It’s not the same kind of compatibility we think of in the West–it isn’t just about chemistry between people but whether their families get along, language, culture,” Mr. Mittal said.

Here’s a bit more info on the respondents to the Shaadi.com survey so you can properly put into perspective what kind of sample we’re dealing with: About 62% of the sample was men, and more than half were in the 26-35 age group. About 7% were 45 years old and above, suggesting there are a decent number of Shaadi.com users who are looking for second-marriages or who were career-driven in their 20s and 30s.

Love & Marriage

A student asks a teacher, "What is love?"The teacher said, "in order to answer your question, go to the wheat field and choose the biggest wheat and come back.

But the rule is: you can go through them only once and cannot turn back to pick."

The student went to the field, go thru first row, he saw one big Wheat, but he wonders....may be there is a bigger one later.

Then he saw another bigger one... but may be there is an even bigger one waiting for him.

Later, when he finished more than half of the wheat field, he start to realize that the wheat is not as big as the previous one he saw, he know he has missed the biggest one, and he regretted.

So, he ended up went back to the teacher with empty hand.

The teacher told him, "...this is love... you keep looking for a better one, but

when later you realize, you have already miss the person...."

*"What is marriage then?" the student asked.

The teacher said, "in order to answer your question, go to the corn field and choose the biggest corn and come back. But the rule is: you can go through them only once and cannot turn back to pick."

The student went to the corn field, this time he is careful not to repeat the previous mistake, when he reach the middle of the field, he has picked one medium corn that he feel satisfy, and come back to the teacher.

The teacher told him, "this time you bring back a corn.... you look for one that is just nice, and you have faith and believe this is the best one you get.... this is marriage."

Boriska - The boy from Mars

Boriska, boy from Mars, says that all humans live eternally
05.03.2008  -  Boriska, boy from Mars, says that all humans live eternally
A boy named Boris Kipriyanovich, or Boriska, lives in the town of Zhirinovsk of Russia’s Volgograd region. He was born on January 11, 1996. Since he was four he used to visit a well-known anomalous zone, commonly referred to as Medvedetskaya Gryada – a mountain near the town. It seems that the boy needed to visit the zone regularly to fulfill his needs in energy.
Boriska’s parents, nice, educated and hospitable people, are worried about their son’s fascinating talents. They do not know how others will perceive Boriska when he grows up. The say that they would be happy to consult an expert to know how to raise their wunderkind.
Being a doctor, his mother could not help but notice that the baby boy could hold his head already in 15 days after his birth. He uttered the first word ‘baba’ when he was four months old and started to pronounce simple words soon afterwards. At one year and a half he had no difficulties in reading newspaper headlines. At age of two years he started drawing and leaned how to paint six months later. When he turned two, he started going to a local kindergarten. Tutors immediately noticed the unusual boy, his uncommon quickwittedness, language skills and unique memory.
However, his parents witnessed that Boriska acquired knowledge not only from the outer world, but through mysterious channels as well. They saw him reading unknown information from somewhere.
“No one has ever taught him,” Boriska’s mother said. “Sometimes he would sit in a lotus position and start telling us detailed facts about Mars, planetary systems and other civilizations, which really puzzled us,” the woman said.
How may a little boy know such things? Space became the permanent theme of his stories when the boy turned two years old. Once he said that he used to live on Mars himself. He says that the planet is inhabited now too, although it lost its atmosphere after a mammoth catastrophe. The Martians live in underground cities, Boriska says.
The boy also says that, he used to fly to Earth for research purposes when he was a Martian. Moreover, he piloted a spaceship himself. It took place in the time of the Lemurian civilization. He speaks about the fall of Lemuria as if it occurred yesterday. He says that Lemurians died because they ceased to develop themselves spiritually and broke the unity of their planet.
When his mother brought him a book entitled “Whom We Are Originated From” by Ernest Muldashev, he got very excited about it. He spent a long time looking through the sketches of Lemurians, pictures of Tibetan pagodas, and then he told his parents of Lemurians and their culture for several hours non-stop. As he was talking, his mother noticed that Lemurians lived 70,000 years ago and they were nine meters tall… “How can you remember all this?” the woman asked her son. “Yes, I remember and nobody has told me that, I saw it,” Boriska replied.
In Muldashev’s second book “In Search of the City of Gods” he looked through pictures for a long time and recollected a lot about pyramids and shrines. Then he claimed that people would not find ancient knowledge under the Great Pyramid of Cheops. The knowledge will be found under another pyramid, which has not been discovered yet. “The human life will change when the Sphinx is opened, it has an opening mechanism somewhere behind the ear, I do not remember exactly,” he said.
Boriska is one of so-called indigo children. They start to appear on Earth as a token of the forthcoming grand transformation of the planet.
The boy says that the displacement of Earth’s poles will cause two catastrophes: in 2009 and 2013. Only a few people will survive, he said.
“No, I have no fear of death, for we live eternally. There was a catastrophe on Mars where I lived. People like us still live there. There was a nuclear war between them. Everything burnt down. Only some of them survived. They built shelters and created new weapons. All materials changed. Martians mostly breathe carbon dioxide. If they flew to our planet now, they would have to spend all the time standing next to pipes and breathing in fumes,” Boriska said.
“If you are from Mars, do you need carbon dioxide?”
“If I am in this body, I breathe oxygen. But you know, it causes aging.”
Specialists asked the boy why man-made spacecraft often crash as they approach Mars. “Martians transmit special signals to destroy stations containing harmful radiation,” Boriska replied.
The boy has deep knowledge of space and its dimensions. He is also aware of the structure of interplanetary UFOs. He talks about that like an expert, draws UFOs on slates and explains the way they work. Here is one of his stories: “It has six layers. The upper layer of solid metal accounts for 25 percent, the second layer of rubber – 30 percent, the third layer of metal – 30 percent, and the last layer with magnetic properties – 4 percent. If we give energy to the magnetic layer, spaceships will be able to fly across the Universe.”
Boriska has a lot of difficulties with school. After an interview he was taken to the second grade, but soon they tried to get rid of him. He constantly interrupts teachers and says that they are wrong… now the boy has classes with a private tutor.

Boriska - The boy from Mars
3rd. Dec. 2004. Reproduced from the Russian News Pravda. http://english.pravda.ru/science
Sometimes, some children are born with quite fascinating talents, unusual abilities.

Picture above is the Planet MARS in our solar system.
The unusual baby boy was born in the town of Volzhsky, the Volgograd region of Russia. His mother, Nadezhda Kipriyanovich, gave birth to her son one fine morning. "It all happened so fast, I did not even feel any pain. When they showed the baby to me, the boy was looking at me with a grown-up look. As a paediatrician I know that newborns cannot concentrate looks on anything. However, my little baby was staring at me with his big brown eyes. Brushing that fact aside, he was a usual little baby, like all other kids," the boys mother said.
Read the first part of the story about Boriska here
When the mother and her son returned home from the maternity hospital, the woman started noticing very curious things about her little son. The boy, whom the mother named Boris, hardly ever cried and never suffered from any ailments. He was growing up like all other children, but he started speaking whole phrases at the age of eight months. The parents gave the baby a meccano, and the boy started making geometrically correct figures from it, combining different parts with precision. "I had a very weird feeling that we were like aliens to him, with whom he was trying to establish a contact with," the boy's mother said.
When Boris, or Boriska, as parents were affectionately calling their son, turned two, he started drawing pictures, which looked abstract at first: they were mixtures of blue and violet colours. When psychologists examined the drawings, they said that the boy was probably trying to draw the auras of people, whom he could see around. Boris was not even three, when he started telling his parents of the Universe.
"He could name all the planets of the solar systems and even their satellites. He was showering me with names and numbers of galaxies. At first I found it very frightening, I thought that my son was out of mind, but then I decided to check if those names really existed. I took some books on astronomy and I was shocked to find out that the boy knew so much about this science," Nadezhda said.
Rumours about a baby-astronomer were spreading about the town faster than the speed of light. The boy became the local celebrity - people were curious about the child, everybody wanted to understand how he could know so many things. Boriska was willing to tell his visitors of extraterrestrial civilisations, about the existence of the ancient race of humans that were three meters of stature, of future climate and global changes.Everyone was listening to the little boy with great interest, but it goes without saying that the people did not believe those stories.
The parents decided to baptise their child just to be on the safe side: they already started thinking that there was something definitely wrong with their baby. Soon after that Boriska started telling people of their sins. He would come up to a guy in the street and tell him to quit doing drugs; he would tell adult men to stop cheating on their wives, etc. The little prophet was warning people against forthcoming troubles and diseases, which created quite an unfavourable reputation for the boy's parents.
Nadezhda noticed later that her son would often feel bad on the threshold of serious disasters. "When the Kursk submarine sank, he was all aching. He was suffering during the hostage crisis in Beslan too, he refused to go to school during the days of that horrible attack," the boy's mother said.
When asked about his feelings during the days of the Beslan crisis, Boris said that he was burning from the inside: "It was like as if a flame was burning inside of me. I knew that the story in Beslan would have a horrible end," the boy said.
The boy is quite optimistic about Russia's future, though: "The situation in the country will be improving gradually. However, planet Earth will have to experience two very dangerous years - 2009 and 2013. Those catastrophes will be connected with water," Boriska said.
Boriska caught Russian scientists' attention in the summer of the current year. Specialists of the Institute of Earth Magnetism and Radio-waves of the Russian Academy of Sciences photographed the boy's aura, which turned out to be unusually strong.
"He has the orange spectrogram, which says that he is a joyful person of a powerful intellect," professor Vladislav Lugovenko said. "There is a theory, according to which the human brain has two basic memory types: work and remote memory. One of the most remarkable abilities of the human brain is its ability to save information about experience, emotions and thoughts both inwardly and outwardly, in the single informational space of the Universe. There are some unique individuals, who can  draw information from that field. In my opinion, every human being is connected with space by means of energy channels," the scientist said.
According to Lugovenko, it is possible to measure people's extrasensorial qualities with the help of special devices, which make this procedure very easy. Modern scientists all over the world conduct extensive research works in an attempt to unveil the mystery of phenomenal children. As it turned out, people possessing unique abilities were born on all inhabited continents of the globe during the recent 20 years. Scientists call such kids "indigo children."
"Boriska is one of them. Apparently, indigo children have a special mission to change our planet. Many of them have amended DNA spirals, which gives them incredibly strong immune system, which can even defeat AIDS. I have met such children in China, India, Vietnam and so on. I am sure that they will change the future of our civilisation," Vladislav Lugovenko said.
While world's leading space agencies are trying to find traces of life on planet Mars, eight-year-old Boriska tells his parents and friends everything he knows about the Martian civilisation. Boriska remembers his past life. Specialists say that he knows the information, which he actually cannot know. A Russian journalist has recently talked to the boy about his unique knowledge and experience.
- Boriska, did you really live on Mars as people say around here?
- Yes, I did, it is true. I remember that time, when I was 14 or 15 years old. The Martians were waging wars all the time so I would often have to participate in air raids with a friend of mine. We could travel in time and space flying in round spaceships, but we would observe life on planet Earth on triangular aircrafts. Martian spaceships are very complicated. They are layered, and they can fly all across the Universe.
- Is there life on Mars now?
- Yes, there is, but the planet lost its atmosphere many years ago as a result of a global catastrophe. But Martian people still live there under the ground. They breath carbonic gas.
- How do they look those Martian people?
- Oh they are very tall, taller than seven meters. They possess incredible qualities.
"When we showed our boy to a variety of scientists, including ufologists, astronomers and historians, all of them agreed that it would be impossible to make all those stories up. Foreign languages and scientific terms, which he says, are usually used by specialists studying this or that particular science," Boriska's mother said.
Here is the second part of the story.
I was told the story of an unusual boy named Boris - (Boriska is his nickname his parents call him by) - from members of an expedition to the anomaly zone located in the north of the Russian Volgograd region, most commonly referred to as "Medvedetskaya Gryada".
"Can you imagine, while everyone was sitting around the campfire at night, some little boy (about 7 years of age) suddenly asked everyone"s attention. Turned out, he wanted to tell them all about life on Mars, about its inhabitants and their flights to earth," shares one of the witnesses. Silence followed. It was incredible! The little boy with gigantic lively eyes was about to tell a magnificent story about the Martian civilisation, about megalithic cities, their spaceships and flights to various planets, about a wonderful country Lemuria, life of which he knew in details since he happened to descend there from Mars, had friends there. Logs were cracking, night's fog enveloped the area and the immense dark sky with myriads of brightly lit stars seemed to conceal some sort of a mystery. His story lasted for about an hour and a half. One guy was smart enough to tape the entire narration. Many were stunned by the two distinctive factors. First of all, the boy possessed exceptionally profound knowledge. His intellect was obviously far from that of a typical 7-year- old. Not every professor is capable of narrating the entire history of Lemuria and Lemurians and its inhabitants in such details. You will be unable to find any mentioning of this country in school textbooks. Modern science has not yet proved existence of other civilisations. Second of all, we were all amazed by the actual speech of this young boy. It was far from the kind kids his age usually use. His knowledge of specific terminology, details and facts from Mars' and Earth"s past fascinated everyone.
"Why did he start the conversation in the first place," said my interlocutor.
"Perhaps, he was simply touched by the overall atmosphere of our camp with many knowledgeable and open-minded people," continued he.
"Could he make this all up?"
"Doubtful", objected my friend". "To me this looks more like the boy was sharing his personal memories from past births. It is virtually impossible to make up such stories; one really had to know them."
Today, after meeting with Boris' parents and getting to know the boy better, I begin to carefully sort out all the information obtained around that campfire. He was born in Volzhskii town in a suburban hospital, even though officially, based on the paperwork, his birthplace is the town of Zhirnovsk of Volgograd region. His birthday is January 11th, 1996. (Perhaps it will be helpful for astrologers).
His parents seem to be wonderful people. Nadezhda, Boriska's mother, is a dermatologist in a public clinic. She graduated from Volgograd medical institute not so long ago in 1991. The boy"s father is a retired officer. Both of them would be happy if someone could shed the light onto the mystery behind their child. In the meantime, they simply observe him and watch him grow.
It was then that Boriska told us about his previous life on Mars, about the fact that the planet was in fact inhabited, but as a result of the most powerful and destructive catastrophe had lost its atmosphere and that nowadays all its inhabitants have to live in underground cities. Back then, he used to fly to earth quite often for trade and other research purposes. It seems that Boriska piloted his spaceship himself. This was during the times of the Lemurian civilisations. He had a Lemurian friend who had been killed right before his own eyes.
-A major catastrophe took place on earth. A gigantic continent was consumed by stormy waters. Then suddenly, a massive rock fell on my friend who was there., tells Boriska. I could not save him. We are destined to meet some time in this life.
The boy envisions the entire picture of the fall of Lemuria as though it happened yesterday. He grieves the death of his best friend as though it was his fault.
One day, he noticed a book in his mother"s bag entitled "Where do we come from?" by Ernst Muldashev. One should have seen the kind of happiness and fascination this discovery triggered in the little boy. He"s been flipping through pages for hours, looking at sketches of Lemurians, photos of Tibet. He then started talking about high intellect of the Lemurians.
-But Lemuria ceased to exist minimum 800 000 years ago (see link)., I uttered in response to his statements. Lemurians were 9 meters tall! Is that so? How can you remember all this?
-I do remember, replied the boy.
Later, he began recalling another book by Muldashev entitled "In Search of the City of Gods." The book is mainly devoted to ancient tombs and pyramids. Boriska firmly stated that people will find knowledge under one of the pyramids (not the pyramid of Heops). It has not been discovered yet. "Life will change once the Sphinx will be opened," said he and added that the great Sphinx has an opening mechanism somewhere behind his ear (but he does not remember where exactly). The boy also talks with great passion and enthusiasm about the Mayan civilisation. According to him, we know very little about this great civilisation and its people.
Most interestingly, Boriska thinks that nowadays the time has finally come for the "special ones" to be born on earth. Planet"s rebirth is approaching. New knowledge will be in great demand, a different mentality of earthlings.
-How do you know about these gifted kids and why this is happening? Are you aware that they are called "indigo" kids?
-I know that they are being born. However, I haven't met anyone in my town yet. Perhaps may be this one girl named Yulia Petrova. She is the only one who believes me. Others simply laugh at my stories. Something is going to happen on earth; that is why these kids are of importance. They will be able to help people. The Poles will shift. The first major catastrophe with one of the continents will happen in 2009. Next one will take place in 2013; it will be even more devastating.
-Aren't you scared that your life may also going to end as a result of that catastrophe?
-No. I"m not afraid. I have lived through one catastrophe on Mars already. There still live people like us out there. But after the nuclear war, everything has burnt down. Some of those people managed to survive. They built shelters, new weaponry. There was also a shift of continents there, although the continent was not as large. Martians breathe gas. In case they arrived to our planet, they would have been all standing next to pipes and breathing in fumes.
-Do you prefer breathing oxygen?
-Once you are in this body, you have to breathe oxygen. However, Martians dislike this air, earth"s air, because it causes aging. Martians are all relatively young, about 30-35 years old. The amount of such Martian children will increase annually.
-Boris, why do our space stations crash before they reach Mars?
-Mars transmits special signals aimed at destroying them. Those stations contain harmful radiation.
I was amazed by his knowledge of this sort of radiation. This is absolutely true. Back in 1988 a resident of Volzhsky - Yuri Lushnichenko, a man with extra-sensory powers - attempted to warn Soviet leaders about the inevitable crash of the first Mars Soviet space stations "Fobos 1" and "Fobos 2". He also mentioned this sort of an "unfamiliar" and harmful for the planet (Mars) - A radiation threat. He was dismissed as a Fool-Madman.
Obviously, no one believed him then !
-What do you know about multiple dimensions? Do you know that one must fly not on straight trajectories, but manoeuvring through the multi-dimensional space?
Boriska immediately rose to his feet and started to pour out the facts about UFOs. "We took off and landed on Earth almost momentarily!" The boy takes a chalk and begins drawing an oval object on a blackboard. "It consists of six layers," he says. 25%--outer layer, made of durable metal, 30%--second layer made of something similar to rubber, the third layer comprises 30%--once again metal. The final 4% is composed of a special magnetic layer. "If we are to charge this magnetic layer with energy, those machines will be able to fly anywhere in the Universe."
-Does Boriska have a special mission to fulfill? Is he aware of it?- I pose these questions to his parents and the boy himself.
-He says he can guess,- says his mother. He says he knows something about the future of Earth. He says information will play the most significant role in the future.
-Boris, how do you know all this?
-It is inside of me.
-Boris, tell us why do people get sick?
-"Sickness comes from people's inability to live properly and be happy. You must wait for you cosmic half. One should never get involved and mess up other peoples destinies. People should not suffer because of their past mistakes, but get in touch with what"s been predestined for them and try to reach those heights and move on to conquer their dreams". (These are the exact words he was using). He went on to say...
"You have to be more sympathetic and warmhearted. In case someone strikes you, hug your enemy, apologise yourself and kneel before him. In case someone hates you, love him with all your love and devotion and ask for forgiveness. These are the rules of love and humbleness. Do you know why the Lemurians died? I am also partially at blame. They did not wish to develop spiritually any more. They went astray from the predestined path thus destructing the overall wholeness of the planet. The Magic"s Path leads to dead end. Love is a True Magic!"
-How do you know all this???
-I know.Kailis.
-What did you say?
-I said "hello!" This is the language of my planet.
